Who Are We? A Short History
Stanton Estates is a trading Company of W & S (Long Eaton) Ltd which has been incorporated as a Limited company since 1962
We are classed as an A1* builder, the highest rating attainable in the NHBC Premium Rating Scheme.
It is a family business, formed by our chairman Maurice Stanton, an affiliated member of the RIBA, his two sons Andrew and Matthew are directors of the company.
We are a medium sized developer who has built many housing schemes in the East Midland area including , Thatch Close Darley Abbey, Maypole Lane Littleover, Hall Dyke Spondon, Burnside Rolleston on Dove, Attewell Close, Draycott, Grange Avenue Ticknall and Fields Farm, Long Eaton to name but a few.
Work In Progress
Currently, we are building 60 dwellings, the final phase of our 70 acre Fields Farm site which involved us in building Fields Farm Road with the canal bridge, and the creation of Forbes Close Industrial Estate.
